What is our channel about?

Our online Yoga lessons are mostly Hatha Yoga, but also do we have Yin Yoga, Anusara Yoga, Vinyassa Yoga and even Ashtanga Yoga videos.
We have a wide variety of subjecst of our Yoga lessons.There are over 240 Yoga videos here so I won't name them all. But to give you an idea: we have Yoga for beginners, weight loss Yoga, Morning Yoga (which is energizing) but we also have Yoga for relaxation. You will find loads of Yoga Poses by a qualified Yoga teacher and even prenatal Yoga.

Lesley Fightmaster, E-RYT 500, leads a breath-focused, alignment based class that combines her deep love of movement with the practice of yoga. Lesley believes that the transformational gift of yoga should be available to as many people at possible and offers yoga classes on multiple online platforms.

Lesley is a certified instructor and is registered with Yoga Alliance. She earned her 200-hour certificate trough YogaWorks in 2006 and went on to complete her 300-hour training to become E-RYT 500 certified. Lesley is now on the faculty of the YogaWorks teacher training department. She leads 200-hour certification programs and teaches in the 300 hour program for. Students appreciate Lesley's ability to infuse her meditative and flowing Vinyasa classes with yoga philosophy, concise technical alignment, and some heart-felt humor.
