The WinCC OA UI App uses HTTP or HTTPS. The connection can be encrypted for a secure connection (SSL).

Main functions:
- Creation and modification of several connections to different SIMATIC WinCC OA systems
- The app offers the same functionalities as a remote user interface from WinCC OA
