My Top Friends calculates all your Facebook/ Instagram & Twitter activities and gets the data for each of the users who have interacted with your profile recently.

The app lists the people who recently interacted with your profile, chats, likes, comments, tags and all other sort of interactions ... and displays them in the following three lists based on priority of interactions:

Friends - People included in your friends list.
Strangers - People outside your friends list (Least accuracy)
Surprise - People with higher interactions than others.

kindly note that in app purchases are separate for each list and all purchases are one time payments only, as long as you are using the same device the you purchased the app through.
