Wooer allows you to view storyline of people near you based on their location, zip code and university. There is no text messaging, pictures or swiping. Say goodbye to cheesy pickup lines, swiping and texting. Instead it provides a platform where individuals can exchange small videos which disappears after playing three times. You can talk with three individuals a day. It also provides wifi calling through the app so you don’t have to exchange phone number with strangers. Every profile has a storyline instead of a picture allowing people to express themselves more effectively. Every video has to be recorded from your phone camera and no upload from your phone gallery is allowed. This is to eliminate fake bots and the issue of cat-fishing. We want people to talk, interact and go on real dates.
