Loan Calculator (Early Payoff) is a simple, easy to use loan calculator which allow you to calculate your loan schedule of detail payment.

Following is additional option that could be input to application:
- Down payment (in percentage or in actual amount)
- Extra payment per month: amount for extra payment per month. This will result in an early payoff duration.
- Extra payment per year: amount for extra payment yearly. This will result in an early payoff duration.

Functions in "Equal Payment" tab after detail schedule is calculated:
- Detail: view detail schedule list up payment information every month.
- Email: send the detail schedule through email.
- Save as: save the current loan.

Function in "Saved Loans" tab:
- Sort: sort all loans under selected criteria.
- Edit: re-order loans.
- Touch the loan directly to load the corresponding loan info to "Equal Payment" tab.
