"Since My Last" is a minimal time counter designed particularly for smokers who have the desire to quit. It counts the time you've been smoke free automatically.

• Copy
To copy your timer count, simply tap and hold on the timer screen. The count will be copied to your clipboard.

• Facebook / Twitter
They need to be already configured from your iOS settings for sharing to work.

- Note regarding Facebook sharing:
Facebook no longer allows initial text to be set on users behalf. For a quick share, simply paste the count in the share window. It's pre-copied.

• Trophies
During this smoke-free time, your body remarkably repairs itself. The trophies are time based and they are wired to the timer. These health benefits were obtained from the Department of Health, Australian Government. http://www.quitnow.gov.au/

• iCloud
The app supports iCloud synchronization so that your quit date is saved and available if you upgrade your device.
