Uses APIs in your local Medusa installation to help with field work. Medusa Mobile supports four major areas in Medusa; Equipment, Tickets, Work Orders and Preventive Maintenance.
Medusa Mobile utilizes your smart phones abilities to scan bar codes, get directions to suppliers, contacts and other organizations and of course email and call contacts.
Please be aware that Medusa version 6.62 or newer is needed to run Medusa Mobile. Tickets are only enabled for Medusa installations with Help Desk. Medusa v7.02.01 is required for new functionality such as enabling user permissions, signing work orders, documents, taking equipment snap-shots etc.
