By simply registering once, this on line portal will store all your private details in a secure database. This will allow you to log in with a user name and password at your convenience at any time and any where in the world.
All future events will be listed on this site allowing you to enter an event in a quick & timely manner. You will have the ability to make changes to your entries at any time until the closing date of entry. All your entries past and present will be easily accessible so no more looking for scraps of paper. Depending on the status of the event you will either send payment to the show secretary, pay on the day or pay on line with a secure payment gateway. There are NO extra charges for you for using Global Entries Online service!

For the Organizer (Event organizer)

For the organizer of sports events life has just become easier. With very little computer skills (just enough to type a word document) you will prepare an entry form in a similar manner that you normally do. However this time our system will do the following steps for you.

List your event on the Global Entries On Line website
Send out an e mail to any current competitor in your mailing list reminding them about you event.
Keep a real time record of entries for your event
Allow users to see how many spots are available in each class allowing you to control your numbers.
On closing date of entry with a press of a button the running order will be prepared. For Showjumping events score sheets will be automatically filled out.
The draw will be posted automatically on line.
An automated e mail will be sent to all competitors giving them their draw and any other details the administrator wishes to send.
An automated text message can also be sent if the administrator wishes
Since we have all the competitors’ details, if the administrator needs to cancel or contact competitors urgently, a push notification can be sent to all users in a quick & timely manner.
