The gym has over 70 machines including, Olympic Bars and weights, Dumbbells up to 50kg, fixed weights, HUR Compressed air machine, a wide range of cardio and functional training equipment. The gym is spilt into dedicated zones, there is Ladies Only Zone and Cardio zone on the first floor. The main gym is separate and on the ground floor, and has a dedicated power zone which includes a power cage.
Our Juice Bar has a wide selection of healthy juices, Smoothies, and Protein Shakes with our own brand Hiland Protein & Supplements. It's the perfect place to prep for your workout, refuel after a workout or a grab a quick snack or Coffee. The juice bar is also open to the public as is the Gym for people wanting a day pass.
