Training is an important part of a company’s food safety program. This training App is brought to you by the National Mango Board and focuses on personal practices employees need to follow on mango farms to prevent mangos from becoming contaminated. Personal hygiene practices are an important part in preventing unintentional mango contamination from people handling them. Employees will learn the different personal hygiene practices they need to follow when working with mangos, such as wearing appropriate clothing, eating, drinking, and smoking in designated areas and appropriate restroom usage practices.
Each Mango Food Safety Training App includes interactive activities, videos and quizzes to ensure employees are engaged throughout the course. At the end of each App, there is a multiple choice quiz or an activity to verify the employee has properly learned the information presented in the App.
