CareLoop Provider, powered by DispatchHealth, allows you to securely communicate directly with your patients AND their family using the CareLoop® App. Our platform is fully secure and HIPAA compliant, ensuring that medical data is safe.

You can start using CareLoop today for free. The free version includes

▪ 10 messages virtual visits (Telehealth) for up to 4 participants
▪ Send messages to specific recipients and see who read them with read receipts
▪ Invite patients and family members via text, email, or allow them to scan a QR code

Subscriptions cost $9.99 per month per user. You will get everything in the free version but messages and virtual visits will be unlimited. You will also have access to Broadcast Messaging so you can send messages to all patients within your organization.

▪ Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period.
▪ Account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period. The cost of renewal is stated above for each available product.
▪ Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user's Account Settings after purchase.
