Auto Lease Calculator supports calculation of Upfront payment (payment at signing) and monthly payment with Tax options:
+ Whole Price tax: Tax on whole price, pay at signing together with Down payment amount.
+ Down Payment tax: Tax on Down payment, pay at signing together with Down payment amount.
+ Rebates: Tax on Rebates, pay at signing. Note that Rebates is Cap Cost Reduction. Therefore, only Tax for Rebates is paid at signing, Rebates amount is a discount amount and not paid at signing.

Also, "Detail" tab offer detail calculation of Car Lease condition and detail calculation of the same car if purchased. These info is useful for a comparison between Lease and Purchase of the same car.

Information of each car lease transactions could be saved, the saved info is listed in "Favorites" tab. It is loaded into main tab "CarLease" by touching the corresponding line in "Favorites" tab.
