The SALA Festival app provides information about SALA (South Australian Living Artists) Festival visual art exhibitions and events taking place annually in Adelaide during August. It contains a full listing of all SALA Festival exhibitions and events including artist, exhibition name, venue, opening times, dates, location, description, type and images.

Listings are sorted four ways: via date, via venue, via artist and via type. These sort functions are accessible via the menu screen through the "Browse by Date" "Browse by Venue" “Browse by Artist” and "Browse by Type" respectively.

Users are able to create ‘to see’ lists of favourites and search an interactive map for exhibitions near you. Exhibitions which are open and closed are indicated by a red icon (for closed) and a green pin (for open).

Homepage functions will lead users to the SALA further information, including surveys, event information, podcasts and the Festival Facebook, Twitter and Instagram pages via a pop-out to these apps.
