We’re all about helping aussie kids grow up fit and healthy! We offer both curriculum based and specialty classes for kids from 7 months to 13 years of age.

With a mission to Inspire Movement, MyFirstGym is focused on mobilizing our little members by offering programs that develop the skills kids need while also encouraging kids to move their bodies in and out of our MyFirstGym studios.

MyFirstGym members have the option of using the revolutionary MyFirstGym app with the MyMovementBuddy wearable to track their child’s progress. Each MFG class will be set with movement goals that will be measured via a tracking wrist band worn by our little members. Each child will have their own MFG account, and through simple movement tracking, kids will be inspired to reach daily, weekly and monthly movement targets in an inspiring way that keeps the fun in being active while mum and dad can feel their child is getting the exercise and activity they need to stay healthy and happy!
