Household Claims Insight

After you’ve made a claim on your home insurance, we want to help you get everything back to normal as quickly as possible.

To help us do this, we may want to see live footage of your home – which you can do through our Household Claims Insight app.

The app allows you to send us video footage and photographs, as well as live streaming so we can look at any damage.

If this is needed, we’ll send you an email so you can download the app and a pin number for you to access it.
