This app provides a platform for Grundfos customers and Associated Service Partners to seamlessly interact on their Service requirements.
As a Grundfos Customer, you can
-	Create a Service or Installation request 
-	Maintain your inventory of pumps to quickly raise a service call 
-	Identify the Service Partner nearest to you, to attend the request 
-	Keep tab and be notified on the progress of your Service handling 
-	Interact with the Service Partner/Service Engineer 
-	Rate the service and provide feedback 
 
As a Service Partner, you can
-	Maintain your team of Service Engineers, and assign Service requests 
-	Interface with the Customer – call, respond back on the requests 
-	Be notified on all discussions between Service Engineer and Customer 
-	Search issues, monitor Assigned/Active issues 
-	Interact with Grundfos Services team
