Only as a patient of IHS Optimal Lifestyle can you receive this specific content as part of your custom wellness plan app. Track your progress including calories, activities, body metrics, steps, water, and sleep in an interface shared with your Island Health Services provider. Communicate with Island Health Services in realtime through personal journals and direct private messages.

The app is designed specifically for IHS Optimal Lifestyle patients and you can't use the app unless you're a IHS Optimal Lifestyle patient already in their care. Use the app on your iPhone or iPad. IHS Optimal Lifestyle uses an admin web-based portal where they can tailor the program to your needs, monitor your progress, and communicate with you directly.
