The Just Like Buddha application is like the Bodhi tree under which the Buddha attained enlightenment. The Bodhi tree’s branches are the paths and gates leading to our hearts, and the leaves of the tree are the guided meditations. Our meditations are keys to the gates, but entering is always up to the meditator. Traditionally, five gates lead to our heart, to our inner sanctuary. The Just Like Buddha meditations use these five sacred gates to guide the meditator into the center within themselves.
