New Features- Advanced Question Logic - When creating or modifying audit and inspection documents in the New Document Library view, it is now possible to add conditional questions to pass/fail questions to display (or not) for auditors based on their response to the initial question - If you are interested in enabling Advanced Question Logic at your site, please contact [email protected] - In-Audit Findings Insights - If an audit question fails and a mitigation is created, all subsequent audits that ask that question within a plant will contain an indicator of recent findings for the next 30 days - When an auditor interacts with the indicator, they will be able to view additional details about any mitigations that have been created, including their location, status, and the auditor who created the mitigationFeature Enhancements- Auditors will no longer be required to select an urgency level within an audit if the audit type only has one urgency level- Users with the Mitigation Admin role will now be able to modify the due date of a mitigation without altering its urgency level- All mitigations now contain a "mitigation reason" text box to enable further explanation of the action that needs to be taken- Within audits, the responsible and approving party selection boxes now provide the department and scope for all users available for selection- Additional logic has also been applied to better filter these lists- Auditor comments can now be set as required for any audit question- When creating or modifying audit questions, it is now possible to enable or disable N/A as an available response- When creating a question with a Number response, it is now possible to apply a custom label to indicate the type of value that is being recorded (i.e. pressure, temperature, etc.)Fixes- Fixed an issue where in some cases, photo attachments were not displaying on mobile within mitigations- An issue where some auditors could not submit question responses has been addressed- Photo attachments within audits should now work as intended*
