BREAK PRO is an advanced break exercise application designed by top Finnish physiotherapists. The easy-to-use application encourages users to move during the day and improves their well-being while also preventing the harmful effects of a sedentary way of life. The application promotes health, well-being and recovery by regularly reminding its user to take breaks from being still and providing instructions for refreshing break exercise.

BREAK PRO offers effective, versatile and short break exercise videos shot in sunny coastal surroundings with individual timing. The program includes a variety of exercises for the whole body, including Pilates, ergonomics, mindfulness, voice care, sections designed for the youth and longer stretching exercises.

With BREAK PRO, you can customise the frequency of the breaks as well as the program’s exercises to fit your needs perfectly.

You can use the program free of charge for 14 days. After the trial period, a one-year subscription period begins. The price is EUR 29.99/year including VAT. The payment is charged automatically after the free 14-day trial period. You can cancel the auto-renewing subscription period at any point during the trial period.

The subscription is automatically renewed unless the order is cancelled before the end of the current subscription period. The user can manage subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal in the Account Settings after purchase.
