TB – Early Birds AR

Follow us into the fourth dimension! "TB – Early Birds AR" is Tim Berresheim's latest augmented reality app. It continues and expands an oldy-but-goldy special edition of the artist's work: The series was kicked off back in 2012 with "The early bird (sigh) Traces". A total of six years later, another two sequences add ten variations each to the nest: "The early bird (sigh) Traces – revisited" consists of monochrome versions of the original series – all set and ready to fly the coop alongside a flock of robographic drawings (Join the Robographic Circle!). True to the motto: Less image information is more image information.

With the help of 3D models and a whole host of additional information, the augmented reality app now takes the whole thing to a fourth dimension. It's always the early bird that lays the golden app.
