Its vision and mission is to develop the skills of the prospective Cricket team players through high quality specialized coaching by experts so that the players can compete. The trainees at the academy have benefited immensely through infrastructural facilities and coaching techniques like factor analysis. Factor analysis is a statistical technique to study the interrelationship among variables in an effort to find a new set of factors, fewer in number than the original variables. It is one of the widely used methods of multivariate data analysis.
