Our comfort zones may seem like the right place to be because they’re comfortable. However it’s often in the midst of chaos when we find the most clarity.

If you want to grow you have to push yourself. If you want to be at peace you have to deal with the past. I know this because I myself have faced my own emotions head on and as a result grew as a man.

I’m not going to lie, it’s a tough process. It’s not easy. That’s why I’ve designed an app aimed at helping you deal with these things in a structured way.

You’re not alone. Throughout the app I reveal my own fear, guilt, judgement, grief, lies, illusion and letting go. I go deeper in to each one in order to show you that it’s ok to be honest. It’s ok to feel pain. It’s ok to express yourself. Not only is it ok, it is essential for your own wellbeing and the wellbeing of those around you.
