Let's Walk will help you by sending you a reminder to go for your walk at your chosen times. You set when you will walk and how long you will walk for.

If you don't want to go, Let's Walk will try and encourage you to walk, and will try and offer some suggestions to try and motivate you.

Let's Walk is a self-rewards based app. You set your own rewards and how many points you need to earn before you can reward yourself. You will be awarded 10 points for each walk you complete.

You might decide that you can reward yourself with a bunch of flowers once you earn 50 points, or dinner out with friends once you earn 100 points. The choice is yours. You choose how you want to reward yourself.
