The challenge is to parachute the right experts to the right places at the right times in a sustainable manner. Albatross is a dedicated app for e-consults. It leverages on the excess capacity of medical experts in the developed world to help under-resourced regions. A key feature of this social enterprise is the flexibility of time, commitment and obligation afforded to the doctors who offer their specialist inputs. It is a doctor-to-doctor app that enables you to structure your consults with tools to upload anonymized documents, images and videos. Albatross is also built with up-to-date data security features; it does not mine, collect, share or utilize user or patient data, and has no commercial purpose.
