How Makwa works:

Step 1: Download the app and create a Makwa account. Add your email address in your profile, save your address & select your special preferences. Schedule your first pickup at your desired date and time.

Step 2: Your Makwa agent will arrive with your personalized bags to collect your clothes – feel free to inquire about anything related to the service

Step 3: Your clothes arrive in our facility for inspection and processing then they are sent to our partner vendors for cleaning. We partner with the best commercial and private cleaners. All cleaning partners go through a rigorous selection process before they are allowed to handle your clothes. Our cleaning partners have decades of experience running their private laundromats and working for top hotels.

Step 4: Your clothes are returned clean and fresh at the scheduled delivery date. Stay on the lookout for our special packaging which will surely impress you.
