B-Fit Fitness is a boutique gym offering Boulder’s premier cycle and strength training workouts. Specialty classes consist of spin, Fitwall, and endurance/strength combo. Small group classes—up to 14 max.—ensure individualized attention. With state of the art equipment and our high energy approach, B-Fit makes training fun and attainable, even as we encourage you to challenge yourself. Who is B-Fit for? Everyone. Seriously. We welcome beginners, weekend warriors, parents, DINKS, firemen, computer geeks, kids, teenagers, musicians, high level performance professionals, and those looking to push themselves in a healthy way. We track progress through Fitmetrix heart rate system. You can wear your Garmin, Polar, Myzone, monitoring devices and still be part of the fun. They all work here. And we have a disco ball.
