The Neon Swim app allows coaches to create and analyze workouts directly from their iOS device. Neon Swim provides realtime data such as the total time and distance of the workout.

CREATE WORKOUTS
Workouts in Neon Swim can be created quickly and easily from the main screen. You can even name your workouts so you know exactly what the workout is before even opening it. Workouts also include the date and time, and Neon Swim automatically calculates the workout end time as you create sets.

CREATE SETS
Creating sets in Neon Swim is easy. Simply input the reps, distance, interval and description and Neon Swim will use this information to constantly update the total workout distance and duration.
With Neon Swim, you can group sets into circuits and perform them for a specificed number of rounds. You can also name your circuits so your swimmers know the objective for that part of the workout.

MODIFY WORKOUTS
Need to make a last minute change? Modifying workouts that you've already created is easy. Sets can be reordered, edited or deleted, giving you full flexibility to create any workout you want whenever you want.

CREATE PDFs
The app is great for coaches of all levels. It is the fastest and most intuitive swim workout creator ever. With a single tap, coaches can create, print and share PDFs of their workouts. These PDFs are great for swimmers, and provide an easy way for them to read, understand and perform the workout.

THE BEST STOPWATCH
Neon Swim includes the best stopwatch for swimming. It is intuitive and lists splits. The stopwatch can even be paused and resumed. It also Includes a low power mode that dramatically reduces energy usage allowing all day use of the stopwatch without having to worry about running out of battery.
