Koa Mindset Depression is only administered to individuals as a supplement to their clinical care by a licensed therapist, who then monitors and guides their patient's progress through the program. Koa Mindset Depression aims to provide supervised CBT-based exercises for these eligible individuals in order to help them manage their depression. Koa Mindset Depression isnt for everyone.
