Deep breathing for relaxation feels effortless and engaging when flowers bloom, the sun glows, and an owl flies through the night with your breath.

Enliven is a collection of scientifically-grounded, interactive experiences designed to bring focus to your breath and slow down your breathing. It was created by an MIT-trained, PhD scientist with neuroscience in mind, and playful interactivity at its core.

You can control any experience by touching the screen as you exhale, or you can try one of our unique ways to interact, available for specific modes.

For example, you can use your voice to chant or sing, in order to pace your breath. Or use the motion that your breath produces in your abdomen for control, for an immersive biofeedback experience designed to encourage diaphragmatic breathing.
