Mindology Fitness Kids SHRINKS is a fun, effective and accessible whole-body, mind and spirit fitness program for children ages 3-12.

This App offers relaxing meditation sessions for children. The purpose of this APP is to teach kids how to self-regulate their emotions. They will learn self soothing techniques, coping skills, heart, brain and breathing tools. How to calm their minds and become more peaceful while doing these fun & easy guided meditations.

In the app you can choice from 3 categories and there are 7 guided meditations. Each one with the different narrated voices of the animated characters called SHRINKS.

The Mindology Fitness Kids SHRINKS App integrates a sprinkling of original, mind-healing techniques with a hefty dose of science-based techniques designed to ensure optimal mental health and well-being.

They use various neuro-linguistic programming techniques and custom healing music in each meditation. The kids will love meditating and learning with the SHRINKS.

Each mediation can also help teachers and parents providing them with new scientific proven tools. All taught inside the various meditation. This will help them reinforce the techniques and share the focused objectives in each meditation with the kids.

This can be done by also participating in the meditations with the kids. The meditations can also be done in groups or class room settings. It's a great fun family activity to do together as well.

Once the Mindology Fitness Kids App is installed and launch. Just play the desired meditation on your speaker's, headphones or whatever listening device you choose. We recommend at a comfortable listening level. Not too loud... Remember we're meditating and the goal is to quite your mind and be able to listen and follow along.
