Our exercises are designed much like a music app. Exercises are recorded as individual components that can be queued up into a workout in a way that makes sense to you, similar to a music playlist of your favorite songs.

Your Fitness Level is Not like ANY one else’s.
Your fitness/mobility level determines what degree of difficulty your exercises will be. We call these Ability Levels (AL). AL 1 is adaptive exercise for mobility challenged individuals, AL 5 is high intensity exercise for highly fit individuals. The Ability Levels in between are gradients thereof. If you can get into a pool, we’ve got a workout for you.

Our approach is different.
This is not a stereotypical fitness app that you watch and follow. Inevitably, those watch and follow video workouts don’t account for your actual personal physical fitness/mobility level. You are always guessing how to modify as you watch & workout. Our approach is different. The exercises in our app are created for your fitness/mobility level.

No need to modify a workout.
No longer do you need to modify a workout that you’re watching because you’ve got a limitation. All of our exercises are recorded with proper modifications and your fitness level in mind. 5 different levels will accommodate virtually everyone. Mix and match different levels if you like, to create a routine uniquely you. So, whether you can barely get around or you are an athlete we’ve got just the right exercises to help you achieve your fitness goal.

Unlimited workouts
Choose from previously created workouts that have been shared by our community and Aqua Pros. There are several for every level now, and as our community grows we expect lots more to be available.

Our Plan It For Me feature makes it easy to get started using a random approach. It will generate an exercise routine for you based on time and fitness focus. Do it as is, or modify it quickly to suit your situation at the moment.

The ability to customize any of these workouts, or create one of your own from scratch, gives you an unlimited number of workouts to do in any time frame that suits your schedule. We’ve got 50 different exercises in all 5 levels to get you started. New exercises in each level are being added monthly. New workouts to try can be created as often as our community wants to create them.

If you’re unfamiliar with an exercise, we’ve provided a clear instructional video to show you how it’s done for every exercise and every level. Once you see and understand the exercises in your workout you can move into doing them.

Cues designed to be heard.
Don’t worry about not being able to see the exercise as it’s being done because all of our verbal cues are designed to be heard and not necessarily watched. We feel that it’s tough to be in the water and watch the workout on your device so we’ve spoken the cues in such a way as to make it easy for you to follow along. Just listen and follow along as an Aqua Pro guides you through each exercise on your bluetooth speaker or waterproof headset. Of course, if you’ve got a screen at your pool and want to cast to it, feel free to do that.

Community built in.
Schedule your workout and be reminded when it’s time. Share your workout routines with your friends, family, or Ability Fix community. Invite them to exercise with you. See how your friends are doing. Discuss your progress, or lack thereof, in our forum.

Caregiver friendly.
If you’re a caregiver to a client or ailing family member you can create, or find, a workout for someone who might be technologically challenged and follow their progress.
