The whole idea of this app is based on the Urgent Important Matrix. Prioritizing your lists based on the level of urgency and importance will make it easier to focus your time and energy on high-value activities, make rational decisions of what to do first.

•Important and Urgent: things that matter and also require immediate attention, such as homework for today, deadlines, important meetings, or calls, do them right away.
•Important but Not Urgent: things like achieving goals, learning skills aren’t pressing for attention, but they are truly valuable and they can lead to long-term benefits, schedule these tasks regularly and do them at a fixed time.
•Not Important but Urgent: things that need your attention without contributing any real value, like unnecessary meetings, phone calls, and text messages. Avoid them if possible, focus on important things more.
•Not Important and Not Urgent: things that waste your time, such as excessive social media usage, unnecessary web browsing, or any other unearned leisure time. Reduce or delete those tasks.
And also you may create lists for study, work, shopping lists, or anything to suit your personal needs.
