Black Girl Health Membership is a sisterhood to help improve the health of women of color. It is very critical that we take control of our health and this movement will help lead the way. The membership includes the following:

1. Access to the BGH Circle of Sisters Facebook Membership Group, where you can see our LIVE health show BGH Happy Hour hosted by Black Girl Health founder Porcha Johnson. The LIVE show is a platform where Porcha makes healthy recipes, keto-friendly cocktails, and have healthy conversations with health experts.
2. Access to meet-up groups in different cities across the country to help you connect with other members on your journey to living a healthy lifestyle through virtual conversations, meet-up activities, and community events.
