The app is bio informatics genome tool. Compares 2 genome sequences and shows nucleotide similarity in % and the count of errors.
Both RNAs are also translated and the result ORFs are compared one by one.
All amino acid sequences are matched and compared and differences are shown in yellow. If there is insertion it is marked with *
So you can see if there is a match and the similarity %

All results are shown in one screen and you can copy/paste and work with them

Fast links to GenBank and Protein Data Bank are included in the app.
