B2W is for use by caregiver groups to assist their members who may be struggling with depression and anxiety because of old age, death of family members, loss of a job and similar social factors. The goal is to help users "back to wellness" by strengthening the connection that members have to their support organizations.

The app enables a member to "check-in" with their support group and send concise, specific information about their status, in order for the group to respond with the appropriate form of support or counseling.

The information that the member sends in is in accordance with widely used screening tools that have been traditionally completed using paper forms. The B2W app enables these forms to be electronically completed via a smartphone or tablet, therefore more readily accessible to each member, and be instantly transmitted to their support group.
