The Siemens Health and Travel Declaration App will be used to capture the daily health status of Siemens Ltd., India employees through a set of 8 questions. This app will be used for clearance to gain access to the Siemens Ltd., India premises after lockdown.
Scope
• This app will be available to all employees, including factory employees and contractual (direct as well as indirect) employees of Siemens Limited, STS, SFS, Siemens Energy, DI SW, Mentor Graphics, SRAPL, SPPAL, SHSLLP
Features
• The App notifies the risk level to employee and will have external links to Telemedicine and Govt Of India websites for easy access to information
• EHS team also the data from this app to monitor and follow up with employees falling in the high-risk category.
• Dashboards will be available to nominated EHS team only for monitoring usage and statistics
