ABOUT HUMAN CONNECTION PROJECT

We are busier than ever and relying more and more on digital channels to manage our connection to others – social media event invites, shared calendars, work management platforms and an endless choice of messaging apps.

From this human disconnection, we have seen an incredibly alarming increase in mental illness, in particular, the issue of suicide. Social and human connection is fundamental, we not only need it to survive, we need it to thrive in life.

BUILDING A PROACTIVE MENTAL HEALTH MANAGEMENT COMMUNITY

This app is a support tool for the Global Movement, an initiative founded by the Human Connection Project to kick start the largest proactive mental health management community. A community where we are open about our struggles, constantly learning from each other and feeling connected to our local and wider communities.

Our goal is to build a community of 100,000 people to walk, run, roll or swim 800,000km in 7 days.

Track your distance
As part of reaching our goal, anybody registered will track their distance run, walked, cycled or even swam through the app, contributing to our global goal!

Wearable Tech
HCP has made sharing your wearable tech data super easy, via integration with Apple Health Kit, so all you need to do is sync your devices and your data will automatically stream into our tracking functionality.

Educational Programs
HCP is able to bring you many hours of in app content on a range of different wellness areas that contribute to positive mental health including video, articles and worksheets!
