Our selection of programs includes:
B|FIT - Strength and conditioning program testing aerobic capacity and increasing muscular endurance. Hone in on classic lifts like Deadlifts, squats, and presses in a class setting that’s for novice and advanced athletes alike.
B|X - This high-intensity interval (HIIT) class utilizes bodyweight movements, dumbbells, kettlebells, and medicine balls combined with TrueForm runners, rowers, and AirDyne bikes in a circuit that will leave you gasping for air and hungry for more!
CrossFit - Functional movements at high intensity combining gymnastics, weightlifting, running, rowing, and more. Requires previous experience in CrossFit or completion of BRICK|Academy.
B|MOBILE - Enhance muscle recovery and increase range of motion through deep stretching and mobility techniques utilizing bands, foam rollers, and lacrosse balls, and other tools.
B|FLOW - One hour flow made for the hard-working athlete that focuses on improving your mobility, flexibility & stability to support your weekly workouts.
