If you do make a full price purchase from us and the item becomes damaged or just doesnt work for you please let us know ASAP. Exchanges and refunds of new items must be made within 30 days of purchase with tags still attached and odor and pet hair free.
We understand that damages may happen. Please provide original purchase receipt. (Must have been purchased directly from Finleys Fashion within 30 days). (Exchanges and in store credit at our discretion).

All invoices MUST be paid within 24 hours of receiving. If there is an issue of any kind please email [email protected] and we will try and respond ASAP.
All non-paid invoices will be cancelled 48 hours after cartedsent. These items will be re-shelved and resold.
