Start your workout!
The training duration and the planche length can be set for the workout.
During the Workout the distance on your planche is calculated and displayed. The app take care that you do not exceed the length of the planche forwards and backwards and that there is enough space for the actions.
Press the 'Start Button' to start the workout. It will then count down from 4 and the workout will begin.
You can pause or stop your workout by pressing the 'Pause' or 'Stop' button.
In the settings you can set your individual step lengths for advance or retreat, jump forward or jump back and the length of your lunge.
In addition, you can set the time you need for the actions. Info: The time of the individual actions is added up for combined actions.
On the Command page you can activate or deactivate individual commands for your workout.
With 'Save Settings' you save the settings on the Settings page, Command page, the planche length and the workout duration.
or Speech commands you need to install the language packages German and English.
