FitEx is a great app to help you reach your fitness goals and get fit or just to track your daily activity! It offers several personal daily walking programs based on your data. Every day you will get personally calculated targets for calories burn and consumption, number of steps and time of the activity. In order to accomplish the calculated targets, FitEx also has built-in pedometer and calories counter, which will show your progress. Statistics will show your progress in dynamics for the last 30 days, focusing on the data that really matters so you can increase the efficiency of your daily walking workouts.
