This End-User License Agreement (Agreement) is entered into between (User, You) and ANDREW FARID SAYEGH through their authorized center in Beirut, Lebanon. This agreement is activated when you download the BOLBOL application for learning the English language on mobile phones and install it with all its related media (product components), and upon activation, you agree to the following terms:

First, You acknowledge that the Company has all intellectual property rights and copyrights in the product, in addition to the contents therein, as well as specifications and confidential information related to the implementation of the product in its various forms.

This Agreement does not grant you any rights in any intellectual property granted to the Company or its affiliates. You may not modify, remove or replace any of the copyright, patent, trademark or other notices included or placed upon execution in the related documentation or any part thereof.

You may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, modify or otherwise attempt to extract the source code of the Software, nor may you create or attempt to create any derivative works, except for the normal use activity of the Product, and to the extent such activity is expressly permitted by applicable law, despite this limitation.

You may not use the Product through its network with any hardware, software, or service designed to circumvent the technological measures used to control access to, or ownership of, rights to the contents of the file, or any other work protected by copyright laws in any jurisdiction.

You may not sell or publish the Product or any of its contents in any way, shape or manner.
You must use the Product only as a means of accessing English Language Courses.
Please take into consideration important information related to warranties, which includes the following:
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE PRODUCT IS PROVIDED AND ACCEPTANCED SIGNIFICANTLY "AS IS" WITH ALL FAULTS, AND WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY OR CONDITION, WHETHER EXPRESS, LEGAL OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS Relating to marketing, accuracy, lack of virus, results, workmanship, fitness for a particular purpose, any warranty against hidden defects, what constitutes negligence, the validity or scope of any patent. The patent requires that the product be untouched.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall the Company be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with this Agreement. This includes, but is not limited to, the following: the use or inability to use the Product, technical limitations on the Product, any security updates that may impair the Product or disable Content, the use or misuse of passwords or accounts, and the provision or failure to provide support services.
Not with standing any damages you may incur for any reason, the entire liability of the Company under any provision of this Agreement, and your exclusive indemnity, shall be limited to no more than one month, only non-renewable and non-renewable, of the subscription as posted.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws in force in Lebanon. Any action in connection with this Agreement or arising out of its terms and conditions shall be litigated exclusively in the courts located in Beirut, Lebanon.
