Hummingbird is a live session app that allows your trainer to track your real-time workout metrics and tailor sessions accordingly, whether it’s virtual or in-person.

When you connect to a session, your Apple Watch will collect and stream data like trainee’s heart rate and calories, which trainers can use to personalize your session based on your metrics. Hummingbird does not collect data outside of sessions or share the data without consent. You can access the workout data after your workout from your Apple Health or Apple Fitness apps.

This app is supplementary to the trainer platform and connects sessions created by trainers. Trainers can visit www.hummingbird.fit to create an account and get started.
