Athletes, fitness enthusiasts and people in general who actively seek to incorporate exercise and healthy nutrition into their lifestyle have basically two goals: (1) gain muscle, (2) lose fat. Exercise is all about "gains and losses". We want to motivate our users and celebrate those achievements along with them!
