WhileList was created to provide everyone no matter financial status with the ability to travel at a reasonable rate. We hope to hire as many Drivers as possible to provide a seamless system but we are restricted by the amount we can charge Users. Since we can't offer higher wages we would like to point out some key benefits to driving for WhiteList. Vehicles will be provided during work hours. Drivers can make anywhere between $15 - $20 per hour based on experience. Tips go 50% towards the driver and the other 50% is maintained for maintenance and repairs towards the vehicles. All drivers will be given yearly wage increases based on star ratings provided by clients. Once a driver reaches the maximum hourly rate they will have the opportunity to apply for internal job posting that interests them or continue driving for our higher class services that are strictly for business use. Drivers will also enjoy certain perks from the system including kms per month credited for personal travel. Travel to and from work is covered. Drivers will be able to utilize the cars on off hours (first come first serve basis for slotted cars) if needed and demand is low in exchange for kms used. As our system expands these benefits will increase for all of our employees. Drivers are held to an extremely high standard and policies are enforced. We expect only the best from you and plan to only give you the best for your efforts.
After acceptance into the WhiteList Valet program, employees will be allowed access to this app. The app will allow valets to efficiently handle user requests. Valets will be required to have a regular WhileList account with at least the minimum $50 package, upon acceptance monthly allowance of kms will be increased to 500km for personal use
