- Data Analytics & Insights: Review your tracking data with the help of machine powered analytics and make meaningful predictions. For example, identify how certain foods trigger symptoms like bloating.

- Community Access: Have questions on your condition? Ask them and get answers from those who are on the same journey. Connect with them by joining and becoming a regular in the Allay Community.

- Live Group Sessions: We host private, small-group virtual learning events and support groups frequently. Stay on top of upcoming events.
