As a Baxter Weight Loss patient, you will receive the specific content of your custom wellness plan in the app. Track your progress including calories, activities, body metrics, steps, water, and sleep in an interface shared with your provider. Communicate with Baxter Weight Loss in realtime through personal journals and direct private messages.

The Baxter Weight Loss app is integrated with the Apple HealthKit. Choose to share your steps, weight and other parameters directly with the app so your provider can see those measurements in real time.

The app is designed specifically for Baxter Weight Loss patients and you can't use the app unless you're a patient already in their care. Use the app on your iPhone or iPad. Baxter Weight Loss uses an admin web-based portal where they can tailor the program to your needs, monitor your progress, and communicate with you directly.
