Yoga
Yoga is a mindfulness practice that allows you to strength mind, body and spirit. It helps build strength for your body and improves flexibility while also allowing you to relax your mind.
Zumba
Zumba is an aerobic fitness class that allows you to dance away your stress in a safe and judgment-free environment. Zumba is a lot of fun and will give you an hour of self-care to just let go, move your body and enjoy yourself with fun music and dancing.
Our classes are for any level of fitness. S, you don't need any experience for Yoga or Zumba.
