Concord Academy is passionate about setting up students with learning differences for success. While every student is unique, Concord believes that each has particular gifts to bring to the world, and that neurodiverse students can succeed with the right support and an understanding environment.

We approach learning in a holistic manner, focusing not just on academics, but also the social-emotional aspects of learning, and life skills needed in the future. Our staff is highly equipped to work with students, helping resolve educational or interpersonal frustrations in a supportive and constructive manner, equipping students with the skills they need to thrive in life post-graduation.

We do this so that our students are well prepared to enter the world as independent adults, able to advocate for themselves, and with self-confidence. take on challenges in an already challenging world. We do this first and foremost by meeting every student where they are, and working from there, setting goals with them and their families; keeping them informed and involved.

Combining our expertise with a culture of understanding, belonging, and support, we see Concord students blossom, learning not only the information they need to earn a regular diploma, but also building friendships, being appreciated for what makes them unique, and feeling safe and seen in a schooling environment.
